Andrew Kirkpatrick - DirectorA longstanding member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Andrew has over 20 years experience in Claimant personal injury litigation. He deals almost exclusively with high value and complex personal injury litigation and is one of a very small group of UK lawyers to have dealt with six settlements in excess of £1million. Andrew specialises in major orthopaedic trauma and brain injury cases and his work has been repeatedly praised by his peers in editions of the Legal 500. |

Jonathan Ditchburn - DirectorJonathan is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and has achieved the APIL award of Senior Litigator being one of the youngest solicitors to achieve that status. Jonathan supervises the Personal Injury Department including being the initial point of contact for most new personal injury clients. He deals with all aspects of personal injury law with a particular interest in employer’s liability litigation. |

She studied Law with German at the University of Dundee and spent a year at the University of Muenster in Germany before returning to Sheffield to do the Legal Practice Course.
