In May 2012 Hough Halton & Soal not only switched to being a Limited Company but we also acquired the Law Society practice management standard, Lexcel.

The idea of obtaining Lexcel was to build on and improve the high standard of client care that Hough Halton & Soal already offer. The standard is optional and Hough Halton & Soal are proud that we are one of only a few practices in Carlisle to have achieved the accreditation. It involved hard work by all the staff and a rigorous assessment by an external assessor who inspected our work and interviewed staff.

Lexcel not only benefits our clients by providing a recognised and high standard of client care, it also gives the assurance that we meet business management standards and have a strong commitment to best practice in the profession.
